ABOUT INFOSEC VENTURES
InfoSec Ventures is a cybersecurity venture studio building AI-led security products for enterprise and mid-market customers across India, the UAE and the wider GCC. Our portfolio includes HumanFirewall.ai (Human + AI Cyber Risk Management), AutoVAPT.ai (autonomous penetration testing), Securathon (hacker-powered enterprise security), SecurityRating.ai, Kingphisher and ForceHQ.ai. Our customers are large, regulated organisations in banking, financial services, government, healthcare, aviation, energy and manufacturing.
THE ROLE
Buyers now discover, shortlist and compare security vendors through search engines and AI assistants long before they speak to sales. When a CISO in Dubai asks ChatGPT for the best phishing simulation platform, or a risk head in Mumbai searches for DPDP-ready awareness training, we want InfoSec Ventures products to be the answer. When they scroll LinkedIn or search Google, we want our campaigns in front of them.
And we want all of it to turn into pipeline. You will own both organic and paid growth, covering SEO, AEO, GEO and performance marketing, and help bring our go-to-market vision to life across the portfolio. Working closely with leadership and the respective product, sales, business development and marketing members, you will translate that vision into clear plans, coordinate the people and inputs needed, and personally build and ship the work that makes it happen.
Expect roughly 60 percent execution and 40 percent strategy in your first year.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Go-to-market strategy
▪ Translate business priorities into actionable GTM and organic growth plans, with transparent owners, timelines and measures of success.
▪ Work with product owners, sales and business development to define and refine ICPs, buyer personas and priority segments for each product, by market (India, UAE, GCC) and by industry.
▪ Shape positioning, messaging and category narratives for each product, grounded in search demand, AI answer data and competitor positioning.
▪ Build and maintain competitive intelligence on key competitors, and turn it into battlecards, comparison pages and objection-handling content.
▪ Plan and support product launches, feature releases and market entry, including launch pages, announcement content and discoverability from day one.
▪ Recommend which products, segments and markets to prioritise, and how to split investment between organic and paid, based on demand signals and pipeline data.
Paid media and performance marketing
▪ Own paid acquisition across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft Ads and relevant regional or industry platforms, from strategy and targeting to creative briefs, launch and optimisation.
▪ Plan and manage paid budgets by product, market and campaign, with clear targets for cost per lead, pipeline and return on spend.
▪ Run account-based paid programmes targeting named enterprise accounts and buying committees in India, the UAE and the GCC.
▪ Build retargeting and nurture journeys that connect paid, organic, events and sales outreach.
▪ Design and test landing pages, offers and conversion paths for paid traffic.
▪ Use paid search query data to inform SEO, AEO and content priorities, and use organic insights to sharpen paid targeting and messaging.
▪ Manage agencies or freelancers where used, and hold them to clear performance standards.
Demand generation and sales alignment
▪ Work alongside sales and business development on account-based campaigns for named enterprise accounts, with landing pages and content tailored by industry and region.
▪ Turn real buyer questions from demos, RFPs, proposals and POCs into content that shortens the sales cycle.
▪ Build sales enablement assets: one-pagers, use-case pages, industry pages, case study pages and FAQ libraries.
▪ Support partner and channel GTM with partner pages, co-marketing content and regional listings.
▪ Integrate organic and AI visibility with events, webinars, PR and LinkedIn programmes so every campaign has a lasting search footprint.
▪ Define lead scoring inputs and handoff points with sales for organic and AI-referred leads.
AI search visibility (AEO and GEO)
▪ Build a tracked prompt set reflecting how our buyers actually ask questions, and measure share of voice versus competitors across Google AI Overviews, AI Mode, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Claude.
▪ Strengthen each brand as a clear, consistent entity: Organization and Product schema, sameAs links, knowledge graph sources and consistent descriptions across every domain.
▪ Grow presence on the third-party sources AI engines rely on, including G2, Gartner Peer Insights, industry media, analyst coverage, YouTube and LinkedIn.
▪ Optimise for featured snippets, rich results and Knowledge Panels.
Regional and international SEO
▪ Build regional landing pages for India and the UAE with local proof points and regulation-led content (UAE IA, DPDP, RBI, SEBI CSCRF and similar frameworks).
▪ Implement hreflang and regional targeting, and plan for Arabic content as we expand.
▪ Drive regional backlinks, listings and PR alongside our events and partner programme.
Hands-on execution
▪ Run technical audits and fix what you find: site architecture, crawlability, canonicalisation, Core Web Vitals, mobile-first indexing and rendering.
▪ Write briefs and first drafts; build comparison, alternative, pricing, feature, industry and FAQ pages.
▪ Implement structured data (JSON-LD) directly.
▪ Publish in our CMS and website builders, with light developer support where needed.
Measurement and revenue impact
▪ Connect organic, paid and AI-referred traffic to pipeline in our CRM, tracking MQLs, SQLs, opportunities and influenced revenue.
▪ Track blended and channel-level CAC, cost per SQL and return on spend, and reallocate budget based on results.
▪ Publish a monthly GTM performance report covering search rankings, AI citations, paid campaign performance, spend and pipeline contribution.
▪ Run experiments on pages, ads, audiences, messaging and offers, and iterate quickly based on results.
Enablement
▪ Coach writers, designers, product marketing and sales on positioning, search-friendly content, AI-citable writing and ad creative that converts.
YOUR FIRST 90 DAYS
▪ Days 1 to 30: Audit current search and AI visibility across our domains, and review existing paid accounts, spend and tracking. Align with leadership on priorities, and review existing ICPs,
messaging and competitor positioning with the respective product and sales members. Build the prompt tracking set and competitor baseline, and fix conversion tracking where needed.
▪ Days 31 to 60: Present a GTM plan per priority product and market, covering organic and paid with a proposed budget split. Complete entity and schema cleanup. Agree a prioritised content, campaign and technical backlog with the respective teams.
▪ Days 61 to 90: Ship at least ten priority pages, including comparison and industry pages. Launch optimised paid campaigns for priority products, and one account-based or regional campaign with sales. Go live with the AI visibility dashboard and the first monthly pipeline report.
MUST HAVE
▪ 5 to 8 years in B2B marketing, with strong hands-on experience in both SEO and paid media, and at least 2 years leading programmes end to end.
▪ Hands-on experience running and optimising Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads for B2B lead generation, including budget ownership and pipeline reporting.
▪ Proven contribution to GTM: positioning, messaging, launches, ICP definition or sales-aligned campaigns, with pipeline results you can walk us through.
▪ Practical experience improving visibility in AI search (Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity or similar).
▪ Strong technical SEO: site architecture, crawl diagnostics, Core Web Vitals, structured data.
▪ B2B SaaS experience with long, multi-stakeholder enterprise buying cycles.
▪ Confident with GA4, Google Search Console, a CRM such as HubSpot or Salesforce, and tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush and Screaming Frog.
▪ Able to write well and ship work yourself, not only direct others.
▪ Comfortable working daily with sales and product teams, and presenting plans and results to leadership.
▪ Strong coordination skills: able to align multiple stakeholders, run a shared plan and keep work moving without formal authority over the people involved.
GOOD TO HAVE
▪ Cybersecurity, IT services or enterprise software background.
▪ Experience taking products to market in India, the UAE or the GCC, including Arabic or multilingual content.
▪ Account-based marketing, partner or channel marketing experience, including ABM platforms such as 6sense or Demandbase.
▪ Experience with marketing automation and attribution tools.
▪ BigQuery, SQL or Python for reporting and automation.
▪ Experience building AI-assisted content workflows while maintaining quality and E-E-A-T.
▪ Awareness of GDPR, DPDP and consent requirements for analytics.
▪ Published thought leadership or conference speaking in SEO, AEO, GEO or B2B GTM.

▪ Competitive salary aligned with experience.
▪ Ownership of organic and paid growth, and direct influence on GTM strategy across a multi-product security portfolio.
▪ Close collaboration with founders, leadership, sales and product teams.
▪ Learning budget for certifications, conferences and training in SEO, AI, GTM and cybersecurity.
