We are hiring for a well-known wealth firm in Mumbai. It is a mutual fund distributor, focused on wealth creation and protection for HNI clients. The firm has been in this business for over 30 years, serves 18,000+ clients, and works across 217 cities and 25 countries. The role sits with the new-business team and works daily with the internal operations desk and the sales team.

About the role

Entry-level coordination role. Not a Relationship Manager role, and not a sales-target role. You keep client meetings, onboarding, documents, transactions, and MIS moving inside TAT. Freshers with clear communication can apply. 1–2 years in BFSI, mutual fund, insurance, banking operations, or client support is preferred, not mandatory. 3+ years, or a Wealth Manager / RM title, will not be taken forward.

What you will do

- Schedule and coordinate client meetings for the sales team, and join joint calls when asked
- Handle incoming calls, client queries, and timely replies to clients and prospects
- Run client onboarding end to end: document collection, follow-ups, and closure within TAT
- Coordinate with the operations desk and sales so transactions and client requests do not stall
- Speak to clients on pending documents and open queries
- Punch and track transactions requested by clients and growth managers, and close them within TAT
- Do first-level troubleshooting on transactions, portfolios,



and client issues
- Pull data and simple analysis for the sales team
- Maintain sales trackers, CRM / ERP, and send regular MIS
- Support growth managers on daily follow-ups and business-development coordination
- Prepare meeting notes, presentations, and decks
- Build reports and trackers in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Keep operations, sales, and other internal teams aligned on client servicing
- Stay updated on mutual fund and insurance products enough to give the sales team the right product information

What we need

- Graduate, any stream
- Clear spoken and written English and Hindi
- Strong follow-up habit and attention to detail
- Able to run several open items at once and hit TAT
- Working MS Excel: trackers, filters, basic formulas, simple pivots
- Working PowerPoint: clean internal or client decks
- Comfortable on calls with clients and with internal teams
- On-site in Goregaon. Western line only: Goregaon, Ram Mandir, Andheri, Jogeshwari, Malad, Kandivali, Borivali

Good to have, not required
- Any exposure to mutual funds, insurance, KYC, client onboarding, or CRM
- NISM certification, or willingness to clear it after joining

What this role is not
- Not field sales and not HNI acquisition
- Not for anyone expecting ₹50,000+ or an RM title
- Not remote or hybrid

Location: Goregaon (Ram Mandir), Mumbai — on-site

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Experience: Fresher to 2 years
