What This Role Is

No fixed playbook. You report directly to the leadership team and work alongside the founder. One day you're building a partnership deck, the next you're on a call with a prospective customer, the day after you're fixing a broken process nobody noticed.

You'll work across strategy, operations, growth, partnerships, business development, and current initiatives. If you need a defined checklist to function, this isn't for you. If you see an unfamiliar problem and think "let me figure this out," keep reading.

What You'll Do

- Execute decisions alongside the founder and leadership daily
- Handle introductory calls with prospective B2B customers; explain programme offerings, learning outcomes, and value proposition
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships




- Document and improve internal processes
- Coordinate across teams to get things moving
- Use AI tools to work smarter
- Take on strategic and operational projects as they come up

What We're Looking For

- Excellent communication in English and Hindi (calls, WhatsApp, email)
- Strong objection-handling and problem-solving instinct
- Self-motivated; can work independently without hand-holding
- Comfortable around senior stakeholders
- Relentless follow-through
- Email marketing experience is a plus, not a must
- Willingness to learn and improve continuously
