Work Experience & Qualifications:

- 3-7 years of experience (with experience managing a team)
- Has thrived in a fast-paced / startup environment
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
- Strong in customer facing/front facing roles
- Comfortable working with data
- Past experience in admissions is a plus

Responsibilities:
- Owning & running the admissions process of the PG Program at Mesa, working closely with admissions leaders to formulate strategy & quickly execute
- Leading & managing a team of Jr. and Sr. Associates to ensure outcomes align with strategic objectives, providing guidance wherever required
- Creating and managing robust processes, SOPs & trackers for smooth operational functions, ensuring data reporting & analysis are accurate & efficient
- Crafting different marketing, communications & sales initiatives to increase awareness & conversion
- Overseeing all outreach initiatives, partnerships and events (online/offline) to generate top-of-the-funnel
