About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead strategic marketing initiatives, portfolio growth, and lifecycle management for brands within the Ocularis Division.

The role will be responsible for driving brand performance through strong market insights, innovative campaigns, effective field engagement, KOL relationships, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Brand Management

- Develop short and long-term brand strategies aligned with business objectives
- Prepare annual marketing plans, budgets, and sales forecasts
- Identify growth opportunities through market analysis, competitor tracking, and customer insights
- Strengthen brand positioning within specialty segments

Portfolio & Lifecycle Management

- Manage existing product portfolios and new product launches
- Evaluate pipeline opportunities and recommend portfolio expansion strategies
- Monitor product performance and implement corrective actions
- Optimise product mix and profitability

Marketing & Campaign Execution

- Plan and execute promotional campaigns across field, digital, KOL engagement and CME platforms
- Develop scientific promotional materials for healthcare professionals
- Drive brand positioning, messaging and differentiation
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical marketing standards

Field Force Effectiveness

- Work closely with Sales teams to ensure effective execution of marketing strategies
- Conduct field visits to gather market insights and provide coaching
- Organise cycle meetings, training sessions and product briefings
- Track sales force feedback and market response

KOL & Stakeholder Management

- Build relationships with KOLs, specialists and healthcare institutions




- Plan scientific events, conferences and advisory board meetings
- Collaborate with Medical Affairs on clinical communication and evidence generation

Market Intelligence & Analytics

- Analyse prescription trends, market share and competitor activities
- Use data and insights to drive marketing decisions and ROI
- Track brand KPIs and campaign effectiveness

Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Collaborate with Sales, Medical, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Finance and Training teams
- Support demand planning and product availability
- Manage external agencies and vendors

Team Leadership

- Lead and mentor Product Managers, Assistant Product Managers and Product Executives
- Build a high-performance marketing culture
- Provide guidance on brand strategy, execution and professional development

What We Are Looking For

Education

- MBA / PGDM in Marketing from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 institute preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy

Experience

- 8 to 12 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience as a Senior Product Manager
- Prior experience in team handling is essential
- Experience in specialty pharma marketing will be an advantage
