We are looking for a dynamic, creative, and strategic Group Account Head (Creative & Content) to lead and drive social media initiatives for our clients. The role will be responsible for shaping and executing social media strategies across key platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube, while driving performance through insightful monthly analytical reporting.

The ideal candidate will have a robust agency background and a proven understanding of social media, digital advertising, client management, and campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement impactful social media content and strategies aligned with the brand’s goals and objectives.
- Collaborate closely with clients, present concepts, gather feedback, and effectively communicate the same to the internal team.
- Monitor and manage social media messages, comments, and inquiries, ensuring timely responses.
- Track and analyse social media metrics to evaluate the effectiveness and performance of social media strategies.




- Stay abreast of the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure relevant and effective social media execution.
- Create and present monthly analytical reports to monitor and showcase social media performance.

What We’re Looking For
- Expertise in digital advertising.
- Minimum 4 years of agency experience.
- 3–4 years of experience in social media management or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and tools such as Hootsuite and Meta Business Suite.
- Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics and Sprout Social.
