Qualifications

Required

- 3-5 years of relevant experience, ideally in GraphTalk development and/or configuration supporting claims functionality.
- Strong understanding of the insurance claims lifecycle, including First Notice of Loss (FNOL), assessment, reserving, settlement, and recoveries.
- Functional knowledge of reinsurance recoveries for non-life insurance and death, disability, and surrender processes for life insurance.
- Demonstrated ability to translate functional requirements into technical solutions across an insurance core platform.

Alternative Profiles Considered

- Developers or technical business analysts with experience in Guidewire ClaimCenter,



Duck Creek, SAP FS-CM, msg.Insurance, or an insurer's in-house claims IT environment may be considered.
- Strong claims domain knowledge is valued more highly than expertise in a specific programming language.
- Technical business analysts must demonstrate coding or development capability.

- Familiarity with insurance eligibility verification and claims processing software.
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle.
- Knowledge of SAP and SAP financial management functionality.

Responsibilities

- Develop, configure, maintain, and enhance GraphTalk applications supporting insurance claims processes.
- Translate business and functional requirements into GraphTalk configurations and technical solutions.
- Support the end-to-end claims lifecycle, including FNOL, claims assessment, reserving, and settlement.
- Support recoveries and reinsurance recoveries for non-life insurance, along with death, disability, and surrender processes for life insurance.
- Analyze and troubleshoot claims-related application issues.
- Collaborate with business analysts, claims teams,



and technical stakeholders to understand requirements.
- Participate in system testing, defect resolution, deployment, and production support.
- Ensure solutions align with business rules, claims processes, and platform standards.
- Contribute to documentation and continuous improvement of claims functionality.
