Qualifications

Required

- 3-5 years of hands-on GraphTalk development experience, preferably with distribution and/or commission modules.
- Knowledge of intermediary and agent hierarchies and distribution structures.
- Familiarity with commission schemes, rates, incentives, clawbacks, bonuses, and statements.
- Ability to translate complex business rules into technical solutions and develop and troubleshoot calculation logic.
- Understanding of insurance processes across life and/or non-life environments preferred.

Technical Skills

- Proficiency in Oracle SQL for data analysis,



reporting, and calculation validation.
- Financial data reconciliation skills.
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles, including commission-related accounting postings.
- Proficiency in commission and payment calculations and financial formulas.

Soft Skills

- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Critical thinking and creative problem-solving abilities.
- Clear communication and documentation skills.
- Effective teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently.

Alternative Profiles Considered

Responsibilities

- Develop, configure, maintain, and enhance GraphTalk distribution and commission functionality.
- Support intermediary and agent hierarchy structures.
- Develop and maintain commission schemes, rates, and calculation rules.
- Support commission clawbacks, bonuses, statements, and related processes.
- Develop and maintain reports associated with distribution and commission processes.
- Support commission-related accounting postings and financial reconciliation.
- Analyze and troubleshoot calculation errors and data discrepancies.




- Use Oracle SQL to analyze data and validate commission calculations.
- Translate complex business rules into scalable technical solutions.
- Collaborate with business, functional, finance, and technical stakeholders.
- Participate in testing, deployment, production support, and continuous improvement initiatives.
