OneZero is currently seeking a talented and creative visual designer with strong UI/UX design skills to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for creating visually engaging designs for both digital and print platforms, as well as designing intuitive and user-centric interfaces for websites and digital products. Prior knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma/XD, and InDesign is required, and knowledge of After Effects would be a plus.

Responsibilities:

1. Create visually stunning graphics for digital and print materials, including but not limited to logos, brochures, banners, social media posts, websites, and marketing collaterals.
2. Create UI/UX designs for websites and digital platforms, including wireframes, user flows, layouts, and high-fidelity mockups.
3. Collaborate with clients or project managers to understand their design requirements and objectives.
4. Develop design concepts, layouts, prototypes, and mock-ups based on briefs and feedback.
5. Ensure usability, clarity, and visual consistency across all UI/UX and graphic design outputs.
6. Revise and refine designs based on feedback to ensure client satisfaction.
7. Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and a cohesive visual identity across all materials.
8. Stay updated with design trends, best UI/UX practices, and emerging tools.
9. Prepare and deliver final design assets optimized for digital and print use.
10. Working knowledge of motion graphics and animation using Adobe After Effects will be an added advantage.

Requirements:

1.



Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, in a professional capacity or as a freelancer.
2. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma/XD, and InDesign.
3. Strong creative and artistic skills with an eye for detail and the ability to conceptualize and visualize ideas effectively.
4. Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, user-centered design, layout systems, typography, color theory, and branding.
5. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work.
6. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members, and to articulate design concepts and ideas.
7. Prior knowledge of Adobe After Effects (preferred but not required).
8. Availability to work full-time, with flexibility to accommodate project requirements and deadlines.
