Role: Graphic Designer

Job Purpose To create visually engaging and professional designs that support the institution’s branding, admissions, academic activities, events, internal communications, and digital marketing initiatives while maintaining consistency with the institution’s brand identity.

Key Responsibilities

1. Creative Design & Branding

- Design creative and engaging visual content for the institution and its various campuses, departments, and programs.
- Develop brochures, flyers, posters, standees, banners, certificates, invitations, presentations, and other promotional materials.
- Ensure consistency in branding, fonts, colours, layouts, and visual identity across all communication materials.
- Adapt designs according to different departments, programs, campaigns, and target audiences.

2. Digital & Social Media Creatives

- Create graphics for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, websites, WhatsApp, and other digital platforms.
- Design creatives for admissions campaigns, announcements, events, achievements, celebrations, and institutional updates.
- Develop visual content for digital advertising and promotional campaigns.
- Resize and adapt creatives for different digital platforms and formats.

3. Admissions & Marketing Support

- Design marketing collaterals for admission campaigns and student outreach activities.
- Create creatives highlighting courses, programs, facilities, placements, achievements, events, and institutional initiatives.
- Support the Marketing and Admissions teams with timely campaign-related designs.
- Create creatives for seminars, workshops, open houses, campus visits, exhibitions, and other student engagement activities.

4. Academic & Institutional Requirements

- Design academic notices, department communications, event materials, certificates, and other institutional documents as required.




- Support faculty and departments with presentations and visual communication materials.
- Create designs for academic conferences, FDPs, workshops, seminars, orientations, and student activities.

5. Events & Campaigns

- Develop event branding and promotional materials for institutional events.
- Design stage backdrops, banners, invitations, digital screens, certificates, badges, and event-related creatives.
- Coordinate with event and marketing teams to ensure timely delivery of all creative requirements.

6. Photography & Visual Content Support

- Coordinate with photographers and videographers for institutional events and campaigns.
- Select and prepare photographs for use in digital and print materials.
- Support basic photo editing, retouching, cropping, and image enhancement.
- Maintain an organised library of approved photographs, videos, logos, and design assets.

7. Video & Motion Graphics – Added Advantage

- Create basic promotional videos, reels, animations, and motion graphics.
- Edit short-form videos for social media and admission campaigns.
- Add text, graphics, transitions, subtitles, and branding elements to videos where required.

8. Coordination & Workflow

- Work closely with Marketing, Admissions, HR, Academic Departments, Administration, and Management.
- Understand the requirement and deliver creatives within the agreed timelines.
- Manage multiple design requests and prioritise work based on institutional requirements.
- Take feedback and make revisions while maintaining design quality and consistency.

9. Brand & Asset Management





- Maintain and use approved institutional logos, templates, brand guidelines, photographs, icons, and other creative assets.
- Ensure that all published designs follow institutional branding standards.
- Maintain organised source files and editable design files for future use.

Required:

- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe InDesign / Canva

Overall Responsibility The Graphic Designer will be responsible for managing the institution's day-to-day creative and visual communication requirements, supporting branding, admissions, marketing, academic activities, events, social media, and internal communications while ensuring skilled and consistent visual representation of the institution. Pay: ₹25,000.96 - ₹30,000.15 per month
