About the Role

We are seeking a Graphic Designer & Video Editor with 1-3 years of experience to join our Design team. In this role, you will translate creative briefs and brand guidelines into polished graphic designs, visual assets, videos, and digital content that meet campaign objectives and elevate our creative output, while bringing strong creative judgment and technical skills to every project.

Key Responsibilities

- Design creative graphics, visual assets, social media content, marketing materials, and other digital content based on client and internal briefs

- Edit and produce engaging video content for social media, marketing campaigns, advertisements, presentations, and other digital platforms

- Collaborate with the internal team throughout the creative process, from concept development to final delivery

- Maintain consistency in visual style, typography, branding, color, composition, and overall design quality across all projects

- Create and adapt designs and videos for different platforms, formats, sizes, and campaign requirements

- Incorporate transitions, text animation, basic motion graphics, effects, sound, and other visual elements into video content when required

- Incorporate client and internal feedback efficiently while upholding creative standards and meeting deadlines

- Organize and manage project files, design assets,



video footage, source files, and version control systems

- Stay updated with industry trends, design styles, video editing techniques, tools, and technologies to continually improve output quality

Requirements

- 1-3 years of professional experience in graphic design and video editing
- A strong portfolio demonstrating relevant graphic design and video editing skills. Freshers with good portfolios can apply.

- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects

- Basic audio editing and sound design skills

- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, composition, layout, and visual hierarchy

- Strong understanding of video editing, pacing, transitions, storytelling, and visual continuity

- Experience creating content for social media and digital platforms

- Solid attention to detail and commitment to high-quality output

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Willingness to learn new tools and techniques as the field evolves

- Adaptability to changing project requirements and client needs

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or certification in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Multimedia, Animation, Film, or a related field
