Role Description The Graphic Designer role at Up11 Tech is a full-time, on-site position based in Ranchi. In this role, the Graphic Designer will create visual assets for websites, applications, landing pages, social media, and digital marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities include developing branded graphics, layouts, and illustrations, collaborating with developers and marketers to ensure design consistency, and preparing design files for digital and print use.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, Figma) and visual design fundamentals.
- Ability to design digital assets for websites, applications, landing pages, and social media campaigns.
- Experience in brand identity, layout design, typography, and color theory.
- Capability to collaborate with development, marketing, and content teams to translate requirements into visual outputs.
- Attention to detail, ability to follow and create design guidelines, and openness to feedback and iteration.
- Relevant education in design, visual communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Portfolio demonstrating previous design work across digital platforms; experience in tech or digital agencies is an advantage.
