Graphic DesignerRole Overview The Graphic Designer creates visual concepts and imagery that communicate ideas, engage audiences, and strengthen brand identity across digital and print media. The role supports the visual design of websites, products, packaging, advertisements, and marketing materials, ensuring that each piece is transparent, consistent, and suited to its audience.

Key Responsibilities

- Design Creation: Develop logos, illustrations, layouts, and digital graphics using drawing techniques and design software.

- Concept Development: Review design briefs, clarify project goals and scope, and prepare drafts or mockups for feedback.

- Collaboration: Work with copywriters, marketing teams, creative directors, and other partners to align designs with project objectives.

- Revisions and Quality: Gather feedback, refine designs, and check that final work meets brand guidelines and works across intended channels.

- Asset Management: Organize project files,



prepare artwork for print or web, and maintain digital design assets.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Software Proficiency: Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, or alternatives such as CorelDRAW.

- Design Fundamentals: Understanding of typography, color theory, scale, layout, and visual composition.

- Portfolio: A portfolio demonstrating relevant work in areas such as illustration, branding, or layout design.

- Communication: Ability to explain creative ideas, collaborate with others, and respond constructively to feedback.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, fine arts, or a related creative field, or equivalent practical experience.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
