You will make the work that clients see first. Real estate is a visual industry with high expectations and short attention spans, so the standard here is high and the feedback loop is rapid.

What you will do

- Produce brand and campaign creative: identity systems, social, print, signage and launch collateral

- Design pitch decks, brochures and investor-facing documents that hold up in a boardroom

- Build and maintain design systems so a brand stays consistent across every channel

- Work with the web team on layouts that survive contact with a real CMS

- Take a brief, ask the questions that were missing from it, and present options with a recommendation

What we are looking for

- 2-4 years in a design role, agency or in-house

- Fluent in Figma and the Adobe suite (Illustrator, Photoshop,



InDesign)

- A portfolio that shows range and typographic judgement, not just one house style

- Comfortable presenting your own work and defending the reasoning behind it

Nice to have

- Motion and short-form video (After Effects, Rive)

- Experience with real estate, hospitality or luxury brands
