Graphic & Visual Designer (3–4 years)

We are a growing group of cafés and food and beverage industry brands, hiring a designer to own our visual work end to end. This is not a production role — we want someone who can think visually, understand a brand, and turn a one-line idea into a campaign.

You will be the designer for multiple café brands, working directly with the founder. The scope is wide: brand identity and print on one side, daily social content on the other.

Key Responsibilities

- Create social media creatives, campaigns and digital content
- Design menus, packaging, posters, standees, tent cards and in-store collaterals
- Maintain and evolve the visual identity of multiple café brands, keeping each one distinct
- Work with the team on new product launches and campaigns, from concept to print-ready artwork
- Adapt a single creative idea across every format and platform
- Manage day-to-day posting and content coordination
- Respond to Google Reviews in a professional,



on-brand voice
- Use AI tools for ideation, image generation and faster production
- Coordinate with printers and vendors on production, stock and finishing

Required Skills

- 3–4 years of qualified graphic design experience
- Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign at a working professional level
- Print production knowledge: bleed, CMYK, dielines, paper stock, pre-press checks
- Short-form video editing for social platforms
- Strong typography, layout, colour and composition fundamentals
- Fluency with AI-powered creative and design tools
- Ability to work from a brief line rather than a brief document
- Eye for detail and full ownership of work from concept to final file

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
