Graphic Design Intern

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Design Intern with a strong command of industry-standard design tools and visual optimization. In this role, you will assist in developing high-end brand assets, marketing collateral, and digital campaigns, applying professional-grade techniques to ensure all creatives are optimized for maximum engagement.

The Opportunity: Performance-Based Path to Full-Time This is a strict 3-month probationary internship that serves as a trial period for a permanent role. At the end of the 3 months, your design quality, reliability, and overall performance will be evaluated.

- If you excel: You will be officially onboarded as a full-time Graphic Designer, accompanied by a comprehensive salary raise and a long-term contract.
- If expectations are not met: The internship will simply conclude at the end of the 3-month term without a full time offer.

Core Responsibilities

- Visual Production: Conceptualize, design, and execute engaging digital and print assets, including social media creatives,



web banners, and marketing materials.
- Asset Optimization: Apply technical best practices for digital formatting, ensuring all deliverables meet exact platform specifications for optimal loading speed and visual clarity.
- Brand Consistency: Maintain strict adherence to brand guidelines while elevating the visual identity across all consumer touchpoints.

Required Skills & Tool Stack

- Professional Tool Mastery: Deep proficiency in high-end design software, specifically Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva Pro.
- Design Fundamentals: Strong foundation in typography, color theory, layout composition, and responsive visual formatting.
- Agile Execution: Ability to manage multiple creative pipelines, rapidly implement feedback, and deliver polished assets within fast-paced production schedules.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹20,671.57 per month
