We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 1–2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong visual design skills and hands-on experience with Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, and AI-powered design/video tools.

You will be responsible for creating engaging graphics, social media creatives, marketing materials, promotional content, and short-form AI-generated videos that align with our brand identity.

Key Responsibilities

- Create creative designs for social media posts, banners, advertisements, campaigns, websites, and marketing materials.
- Design engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and other digital platforms.
- Create promotional creatives for products, services, events, and campaigns.
- Develop short-form videos, reels, animations, and promotional videos.
- Use AI tools to generate and enhance videos, images, graphics, and creative concepts.
- Create designs using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design tools.
- Maintain consistency in brand guidelines, typography, colors, layouts, and visual identity.
- Work closely with the marketing, content, product,



and development teams to understand creative requirements.
- Convert concepts and ideas into visually appealing designs.
- Resize and optimize creatives for different platforms and formats.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, AI creative tools, social media trends, and visual content styles.
- Handle multiple design tasks and deliver creatives within deadlines.

Required Skills
- 1–2 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer.
- Strong knowledge of Canva.
- Good working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Experience creating social media creatives and digital marketing designs.
- Basic knowledge of video editing and motion graphics.
- Experience with AI-generated images and videos.
- Familiarity with AI creative tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway, Kling, Pika, or similar tools.
- Positive understanding of color theory, typography, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to understand design briefs and convert them into creative outputs.
- Good communication and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
