Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled DTP Operator responsible for preparing, formatting, designing, and maintaining various company documents, reports, presentations, drawings, and other official communication materials.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and format letters, reports, notices, presentations, forms, certificates, and other official documents.
- Handle typing, formatting, page layout, printing, scanning, photocopying, and document compilation.
- Prepare documents using MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, CorelDRAW, Photoshop, InDesign or other relevant DTP software.
- Design and format company brochures, notices, posters, banners, certificates, ID cards, and other communication materials.
- Ensure proper alignment, font, spacing, page numbering, tables, images, and overall document presentation.
- Convert documents into required formats such as PDF, Word, Excel, JPEG, etc.
- Make corrections and revisions as instructed by the concerned department.
- Prepare and maintain soft copies and hard copies of documents systematically.
- Ensure accuracy of text, numbers, names, dates,



and other information before final printing/submission.
- Maintain confidentiality of company documents and information.
- Assist in printing, binding and submission of project-related documents as required.
- Perform any other documentation and DTP-related work assigned by Management.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate / Diploma / ITI / relevant DTP qualification.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience as a DTP Operator.
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Positive working knowledge of CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop and/or InDesign.
- Good knowledge of document formatting, page layout and printing.
- Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple assignments.

Preferred

Experience in the construction/infrastructure industry and knowledge of preparing project documentation, reports, presentations and tender-related documents will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
