About the Role

We're seeking a creative, organised, and reliable Graphic Designer cum Photo Editor to support our marketing and content activities. You'll handle photo editing and retouching, create social media graphics, and assist with brand asset development.

The ideal candidate has a good eye for detail, strong visual sense, and ability to follow brand guidelines consistently. You'll use your own laptop and communicate regularly with our Singapore and India teams via WhatsApp, video calls, Google Workspace, and other collaboration tools.

What You’ll Do

Photo Editing

- Edit and retouch product, lifestyle, event, and marketing photographs using Adobe Photoshop and/or Lightroom
- Perform colour correction, exposure adjustment, cropping, resizing, background clean-up, and image enhancement
- Remove minor imperfections while maintaining a natural, professional appearance
- Prepare images in correct formats and dimensions for social media, websites, and digital campaigns
- Ensure all edited images meet quality, brand, and technical standards

Graphic Design

- Design social media posts, stories, reels covers, digital banners, promotional artwork, and marketing materials
- Assist with the development and production of brand-related assets including logos, packaging designs, and promotional materials
- Create layouts with appropriate typography, colours, imagery, and brand elements
- Adapt designs into different sizes and formats for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other digital channels
- Maintain consistent visual identity and follow brand guidelines across all content
- Support creation of simple social media videos, reels, motion graphics, or video covers
- Develop design concepts based on briefs, references, and content calendars
- Organise and maintain editable source files, final artwork, and version history

What We’re Looking For





- 1–2 years of experience in graphic design, photo editing, digital content creation, or a related role.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
- Ability to perform basic photo editing, retouching, colour correction, and image preparation.
- Strong attention to detail and a good eye for composition, colour, typography, and image quality.
- Good understanding of social media design principles, layouts, dimensions, and visual hierarchy.
- A portfolio or showreel demonstrating social media design is required.
- Comfortable working with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and other collaboration tools (eg. Trello, Notion) for briefs, asset sharing, and feedback.
- Strong communication skills in English; ability to collaborate effectively via WhatsApp and video calls with Singapore.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
- Comfortable working remotely using a personal laptop and a stable internet connection.
- Willingness to work closely with teams based in Singapore and India.
