Role Description The Graphic Designer role at AURA Advertising Agency is a full time, on-site position based in Jamshedpur.

The Graphic

Designer will create visual concepts for branding and advertising campaigns across digital, outdoor, and print mediums, including logos, marketing materials, social media creatives, and promotional assets. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with account managers and copywriters, interpreting client briefs, developing design solutions that align with brand guidelines, and preparing final artwork for production and media placement.



The role also involves refining design concepts based on feedback, maintaining consistency across campaigns, and staying current with design trends and tools to support AURA’s creative and strategic goals.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong visual design skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a solid understanding of layout, color, and composition.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Logo Design and Branding to create and maintain cohesive brand identities across multiple platforms.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in Typography, including font selection, hierarchy, and legibility for both digital and print materials.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with industry-standard design software (such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or equivalent) and basic knowledge of digital and print production processes.
- Candidates should possess strong creativity, attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Relevant education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred; a portfolio showcasing recent design work is required.
