? Urgent Hiring: Graphic Designer & AI Video Creator

We’re hiring for an established finance company with 30 years of industry experience, and looking for a creative Graphic Designer & AI Video Creator to bring fresh ideas and compelling visual storytelling to the brand.

About the role

This is an opportunity to help shape the digital presence of a finance company with a three-decade history. We’re looking for someone who can bring a fresh creative perspective while maintaining the professionalism and clarity expected of a finance brand.

You should be someone who thinks outside the box, looks beyond standard templates, and enjoys turning complex ideas into engaging content. From developing an original concept to delivering polished graphics and AI-assisted videos, you’ll take ownership of the creative process.

Key responsibilities

- Design engaging social media posts, carousels, infographics, ad creatives, and campaign assets.
- Develop fresh concepts and visual approaches that reflect the company’s identity and connect with its audience.
- Create AI-powered videos, reels, explainers, and promotional content from concept to final delivery.
- Use AI tools to generate visuals and video sequences, refining the output for quality and brand consistency.
- Handle video editing, motion graphics, transitions, sound design, and subtitles.




- Translate complex finance topics into clear, accessible visual stories.
- Collaborate with the client’s marketing and content teams to brainstorm ideas and execute campaigns.
- Explore relevant design trends, video formats, and AI techniques.
- Manage multiple projects, incorporate feedback, and deliver quality work within deadlines.

What we’re looking for

- 3–4 years of experience in graphic design and video creation
- A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop original ideas.
- A strong portfolio showcasing design skills, visual storytelling, and video work.
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects, or equivalent tools.
- Hands-on experience with AI image and video generation tools.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, colour, composition, and video pacing.
- The ability to balance creative experimentation with clear messaging and brand consistency.
- Attention to detail, initiative, and ownership of projects from brief to final delivery.
- Availability to work full time from the client’s office.
- Experience with finance or fintech brands is a plus.
