Role Description The Graphic Design Intern (Unpaid) role is a remote internship focused on supporting visual design needs across Small Fare® and its portfolio brands. Day-to-day tasks include creating digital graphics for social media, websites, and marketing materials, assisting with logo and branding assets, and preparing visuals that align with each brand’s identity and guidelines. The intern will help with image editing, layout design, and preparing files for various digital channels,



while collaborating with the marketing and product teams on campaigns and content.

The role also involves participating in brainstorming sessions, applying feedback to refine designs, and maintaining organized design files and asset libraries. This internship offers practical exposure to multi-brand design work and opportunities to build a strong portfolio in a digital-first, innovation-driven environment.

Qualifications

- Solid foundation in Graphic Design and Graphics for digital platforms, with the ability to create clear, engaging visual assets.
- Experience or interest in Logo Design and Branding to support the development and refinement of brand identities.
- Proficiency in Image Editing using common design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or similar software).
- Basic understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy for web and social media content.
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a program in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent self-taught experience).
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and respond constructively to feedback.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and interest in fintech, events, e-commerce, and creator-focused brands.
- Portfolio or sample work demonstrating design skills and creativity (academic, freelance, or personal projects accepted).
