Role Description The Graphic and Video Designer (Remote) is a full-time role responsible for creating visually engaging designs and multimedia content that support branding, marketing, and communication goals. Day-to-day tasks include designing graphics for digital campaigns, social media, websites, presentations, and marketing collateral, as well as producing and editing video content, motion graphics, and short-form promotional videos. The role involves collaborating closely with marketing and consulting teams to translate business objectives into clear visual concepts, maintaining brand consistency across all assets,



and adapting designs for various platforms and formats.

The designer will manage multiple projects, follow creative briefs, meet deadlines, and contribute ideas to enhance visual storytelling and user engagement. This position is fully remote, requiring effective virtual collaboration and proactive communication with team members and stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to create professional, up-to-date, and brand-aligned visual assets.
- Experience in Logo Design and Branding, including developing or refining brand identities and visual systems.
- Proficiency in Typography and layout design, ensuring clear, aesthetically pleasing, and readable designs.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard design and video tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent).
- Demonstrated ability to design for digital channels such as social media, websites, email campaigns, and online advertising.
- Strong portfolio showcasing graphic and video work, with examples of branding, marketing, and motion graphics projects.
- Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to interpret briefs into compelling visual concepts.
- Effective remote work skills, including time management, communication, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant education or training in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field is beneficial.
