Relationship Development Executive

Job Summary

The incumbent will lead doctor engagement and referral development initiatives, focusing on building and nurturing strong relationships with medical professionals. The role is pivotal in driving patient referrals and ensuring seamless coordination between referring doctors and hospital services.

Key Responsibilities:

Doctor Relationship Management

- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with referring doctors, clinics, and healthcare providers.

- Conduct regular field visits to maintain engagement and understand doctor needs.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for external medical professionals.

Business Development

- Identify and onboard current referral sources including private practitioners, specialty clinics, and medical groups.

- Design and implement referral programs to increase patient footfall and expand market reach.

Marketing &

- Promotions

- Plan and execute targeted referral marketing campaigns.





- Organize Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs, workshops, and networking events to strengthen doctor engagement.

Data &

- Analytics

- Track, analyze, and report referral trends to optimize marketing strategies.

- Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date database of referring doctors.

Coordination &

- Support

- Facilitate communication between referring doctors and hospital departments to ensure smooth patient handling.

- Address concerns and provide timely updates to doctors regarding patient care and service availability.

Compliance &

- Ethics

- Ensure all promotional activities adhere to ethical standards and hospital policies.

- Educate referring doctors transparently about hospital services, specialties, and capabilities.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
