Role & responsibilities -

- Assist in property valuation and technical assessment.
- Coordinate with external valuers for technical reports. Track TAT and follow up on pending reports. Review reports and identify discrepancies.

Support site visits, fresh & cross-audits.

- Assist in identifying technical risks / fraud indicators. Maintain MIS for technical reports, cases & rate index.
- Support processing of cases up to 750 lakhs

Preferred candidate profile -- Graduate Trainee -Fresher

Age- Below 25 years

Graduation Year Pass out - FY2026 /FY 2025
