Role Description

Green Flame Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Graduate Engineering Trainee (Electrical Engineer) to support projects in energy efficiency, power system reliability, sustainability, and industrial performance optimization for commercial and industrial clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in energy audits, electrical system assessments, and field data collection.
- Support power quality studies, electrical safety evaluations, and energy performance analysis.
- Perform ETAP-based Power System Analysis, including:
- Load Flow Studies




- Short Circuit Analysis
- Protection Coordination Studies
- Assist in CFD analysis for Data Centre applications, including thermal and airflow studies.
- Assist in preparing technical reports, audit findings, and project documentation.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely execution of assignments.
- Interact with clients and support project delivery under the guidance of senior engineers.

Eligibility & Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering (recent graduates preferred).
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution, energy management, and industrial operations.
- Familiarity with energy efficiency, sustainability, power quality, and electrical safety is an advantage.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office; knowledge of electrical design/analysis software is preferred.
- Willingness to learn and travel for work at industrial and commercial project sites.
