Role : Graduate Trainee (Graduate Intern Programme 2026)

Location: Mumbai (on-site)
Eligibility : Graduates of any discipline, 2024–2026 batches
Stipend, months 1–6: ₹15,000–₹18,000 per month (fixed)
Progression based on evaluation: Stipend as Management Trainee after evaluation of performance for 6 months and progression into MT Grade:
₹25,000 per month (fixed), for 12 months

The programme and your career pathThe programme has two stages, each with a clear gate, leading to a permanent Executive role.
Career path · 3 stages, 2 gates
Explicit the performance evaluation at six months, and you move into the Management Trainee Programme. After one year as a Management Trainee, you are confirmed in the Executive cadre.
Tracks and what you will doYou join one of three tracks and work on live client programmes from week one, alongside a senior mentor.
Project Management
- Coordinate translation and localisation projects from file receipt to delivery
- Allocate work to in-house linguists and freelance vendors; track schedules and budgets
- Run quality checks on deliverables and manage client queries and feedback
- Work with translation management systems (TMS) and CAT tools
- Maintain project documentation, trackers and client reports
Marketing
- Create content for LinkedIn, the website, newsletters and campaigns
- Support capability decks, case studies and thought-leadership pieces
- Research target industries and accounts to support sales campaigns
- Track campaign and channel performance and report on results
- Help organise webinars, events and industry outreach
Sales
- Research and build prospect lists across target industries
- Run outreach by email, LinkedIn and phone to set up discovery meetings
- Support preparation of proposals, quotations and client presentations
- Keep the CRM and sales pipeline up to date
- Follow up with existing clients and help identify new opportunities
Who should applyAny graduate from the 2024, 2025 or 2026 batch, in any discipline, who can work on-site in Mumbai. No prior work experience is needed.
We look for
- Clear written and spoken English; a second language (Indian or foreign) is a plus
- Comfort with MS Office or Google Workspace, especially spreadsheets
- Organisation and attention to detail under deadlines
- Curiosity about global business, languages and technology
- Ownership: you follow a task through without being chased
Track-specific strengths help: coordination and planning (Project Management), writing and social media (Marketing), confidence in conversation and persistence (Sales).
