- Internship or academic project experience in manufacturing, design, quality, materials, or aerospace engineering.
- Basic exposure to CAD software such as SolidWorks, CATIA, AutoCAD, or Creo.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, or Six Sigma concepts.
- Basic understanding of quality management systems such as AS9100 or ISO 9001.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, machining, or production planning.
- Exposure to material testing, failure analysis, or quality inspection techniques.
- Experience using ERP systems or engineering software through academic projects or internships.
- Strong presentation, documentation, and report-writing skills.
- Demonstrated leadership through academic projects, technical competitions, clubs, or extracurricular activities.
- Positive attitude, curiosity, and a proactive approach to learning and professional development.
- Bachelors Degree (B.E./B.Tech.) in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Production Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Materials Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of engineering fundamentals and manufacturing principles.
- Basic knowledge of engineering drawings and GDT.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and work across multiple engineering functions.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Participate actively in daily functional activities and live engineering projects.
- Learn and apply engineering principles, manufacturing processes,

- Work closely with assigned mentors to review learning progress and receive developmental feedback.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams during departmental rotations.
- Maintain documentation, reports, and project records accurately.

- Present project outcomes and learning achievements during milestone reviews.

The Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) Program is a structured 24-month rotational development program designed to develop future engineering professionals through practical exposure, technical learning, and cross-functional experience. The trainee will rotate across key engineering and operational functions, gaining hands-on experience in live projects while developing technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills under the guidance of experienced mentors.
