- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and all applicable statutory requirements .
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and vendors for seamless planning and execution of civil projects.
- Manage and coordinate vendors for civil construction, maintenance, renovation, and infrastructure development activities.
- Raise procurement requests (POs) and support the procurement process for civil materials, services, and contractor engagement.
- Collaborate with various internal stakeholders to understand civil infrastructure requirements and communicate project specifications to vendors and contractors.
- Manage project documentation, contracts, work orders, invoices, and compliance records.
- Support Green Building and Sustainability initiatives, including documentation and coordination for IGBC (Indian Green Building Council) Certification
