Role Summary

ARAs Client – Technology Services is hiring a Program/Project Management

Lead with deep experience in leading technology and business outcomes for enterprise programs. The role requires strong expertise in Google

Cloud Machine Learning Services, with additional exposure to GCP

Dataflow being a plus. You will oversee end-to-end planning, execution,

governance, and delivery excellence across high-stake programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and govern enterprise programs and projects, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
- Utilize program management frameworks, tools, and methodologies to manage end-to-end delivery.
- Collaborate with engineering, data, cloud, and business teams to anticipate risks and drive resolutions.
- Create and maintain project plans, RAID logs, dashboards, and performance reports.
- Drive stakeholder communication, expectation alignment, and executive visibility.
- Provide leadership and direction for cross-functional project teams.




- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards.

Must-Have Qualifications

- 15+ years of experience in program/project management.
- Expertise with Google Cloud Machine Learning Services (Vertex AI,

AutoML, Model Deployment, MLOps workflows).

- Experience in managing technology programs in cloud or ML environments.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile,

Waterfall, Hybrid).

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership capability.
- BTech degree required.

Nice-to-Have Skills

- Working knowledge of GCP Dataflow and data pipelines.
- Exposure to data engineering or ML operations environments.
- Experience in cloud transformation or ML-driven product delivery.
- Prior delivery experience in large global organizations.
