Role & Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging, syllabus-aligned Chemistry lessons for CBSE Grades 9 & 10, ensuring conceptual clarity and exam readiness.
- Design and execute classroom experiments, demonstrations, and lab activities following safety protocols and curriculum guidelines.
- Create and grade assessments, homework, and practice tests—using results to adapt teaching methods and address learning gaps.
- Conduct regular parent-teacher meetings and provide progress reports to support student development.
- Collaborate with subject heads to align lesson plans, revise curriculum content,



and improve pedagogy based on student performance trends.
- Maintain a positive, disciplined classroom environment that encourages curiosity, participation, and scientific inquiry.
