- Creating AOP for our retail stores and salons
- Create SOPs and processes for optimum functioning of various tasks in efficient and profitable function of stores and salons
- Scout and negotiate properties and deals with malls and brokers across India




- Hiring and training teams for efficient deliveries
- Creating marketing and BD roadmap for the business
- Creating risk and challenges chart and strategies to counter them
- Manage demand plan for stores
- Manage P/L and revenue streams including monetization of real estate available within the stores
- Strategize and execute opening of stores across India
- Managing and closing deals with potential partners and franchise requests.
