Company Description Cellumantra Biorefinery Pvt. Ltd. is a DPIIT-recognized green biotechnology startup developing an enzymatic biorefinery platform to convert non-wood agricultural waste into industrial enzymes and advanced biomaterials. The company focuses on revenue-first enzyme production for sectors such as textiles and wastewater treatment, followed by high-margin cellulose nanofibers (CNF) for sustainable material applications.

Its technology is optimized for Indian biomass to enable cost-effective, scalable, and circular manufacturing. By valorizing agricultural residues, Cellumantra helps reduce farm-waste burning and lower import dependency for key industrial inputs, contributing to climate resilience and a more sustainable manufacturing ecosystem.

Role Description This is a full-time, remote role for Global Fundraising Consultants as Co-Founder Partners by 3rd party SBLC/BG-STANDBY LETTER OF CREDIT /BANK GUARENTEE ISSUE AND MONETIZATION AS INVESTORS OR VENTURE STUDIO TYPE MODEL. The role involves designing and executing fundraising strategies across global markets, including identifying and engaging impact investors, venture capital, family offices, and strategic corporate partners. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing investment materials (pitch decks, financial models, impact narratives), coordinating due diligence processes, and advising on deal structuring and term negotiations.

The position requires close collaboration with the founding team to refine the business model, define capital needs, and align fundraising efforts with commercialization and scaling plans. The Co-Founder Partner will also build and nurture long-term investor relationships, represent the company at virtual and in-person investor forums,



and help strengthen the company’s global visibility in climate tech and bioeconomy ecosystems.

Qualifications

- Strong experience in global fundraising for startups or growth-stage companies, ideally in climate tech, biotech, or deep-tech sectors.
- Proven ability to develop and execute capital-raising strategies across equity, grants, and blended finance instruments.
- Skill in creating investor-ready materials, including pitch decks, financial models, business plans, and impact reports.
- Expertise in financial analysis, valuation, and deal structuring, with comfort in negotiating term sheets and investment agreements.
- Established networks with impact investors, climate funds, venture capital firms, family offices, development finance institutions, or corporate venture arms.
- Understanding of sustainability, circular economy, and climate impact metrics, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to financial audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with strong storytelling and presentation capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple fundraising processes, and collaborate closely with a founding team.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, high integrity, and willingness to assume co-founder responsibilities and long-term ownership in the company.
- Relevant academic background in finance, business, economics, engineering, or related fields; advanced degrees
