Review purchase requests for non-trade items to ensure budget compliance and recommend for approval.
- Assist in the preparation of various MIS reports, including daily cash projections and stock statements for funding.
- Track open purchase orders and accrue trade and non-trade expenses - Review Opex and Capex invoices for alignment with POs and compliance before recommending for accounting.
- Assist in the preparation and evaluation of RFPs for various operational needs, recommending vendor selection.
- Monitor fixed assets, oversee pending capitalizations, and review general ledgers and audit schedules monthly.
