Role Description The General Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the property in Hyderabad, ensuring smooth functioning across all departments including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance. This full-time, in office role focuses on delivering an exceptional guest experience, maintaining high service standards, and optimizing occupancy, revenue, and profitability.

The General

Manager will lead, coach, and support department heads and team members, manage budgets and financial reporting, monitor quality and safety standards, and ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations. The role also involves handling guest feedback and escalations, driving local marketing initiatives, maintaining vendor relationships,



and implementing process improvements to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in hotel or hospitality operations management, including oversight of multiple departments and daily property performance.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with experience in coaching, performance management, and building an inclusive, service-oriented culture.
- Solid financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and basic understanding of revenue management and occupancy optimization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with guests, team members, vendors, and stakeholders, with a focus on conflict resolution and guest recovery.
- Proficiency in hotel management systems, property management software, and standard office tools; comfort with data-driven decision-making and reporting.
- Thorough understanding of hospitality service standards, health and safety regulations, and compliance requirements relevant to hotel operations.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad with a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as required by operational needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience in hospitality management also considered.
