Globe International Carriers Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and experienced General Manager – Sales & Operations to lead business growth and oversee end-to-end transportation operations. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in business development, operational excellence, and team leadership within the logistics industry.

Key Responsibilities

✔️ Drive business development and achieve revenue targets

✔️ Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key customers

✔️ Lead end-to-end sales and operations across the region

✔️ Ensure efficient fleet utilization and seamless transportation operations

✔️ Manage branch profitability, budgeting, and operational KPIs

✔️ Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing sales and operations teams





✔️ Ensure customer satisfaction through service excellence and timely execution

✔️ Coordinate with internal stakeholders to optimize operational efficiency

Candidate Requirements

✔️ Minimum 8–10 years of experience in the Logistics & Transportation Industry

✔️ FTL (Full Truck Load) experience is mandatory

✔️ Proven experience in business generation, key account management, and revenue growth

✔️ Solid understanding of transportation operations, fleet management, and supply chain processes

✔️ Excellent leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills

✔️ Ability to manage P&L;, operations, and cross-functional teams
