Role & responsibilities :-

The Head of IT will lead the organizations IT strategy with a solid focus on SAP/ERP excellence and process automation across food manufacturing operations. The role ensures robust, compliant, and scalable IT systems that support production efficiency,quality, traceability, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:-

Define the IT and digital roadmap and drive the SAP/ERP program rollouts, migrations, and support across procurement, production planning, warehousing, sales and distribution, and finance .

Preferred candidate profile :-

Key Requirement

- Must have hands-on experience leading SAP/ERP programs and plant automation projects in a food or process manufacturing setting.

Infrastructure & Cost Management

- Manage data center and cloud hosting, LAN/WAN, plant connectivity, Microsoft 365, and end-user support against defined SLAs.
- Plan and control IT capex and opex,



license renewals, asset lifecycle, and AMC and vendor contracts.
- Negotiate with vendors and system integrators to keep costs down while keeping solutions scalable.

- Around 1825 years in IT, with at least 10 years leading IT functions at senior level
- Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, CISA/CISSP, or SAP are an advantage
