GENERAL MANAGER - MARKETING

Description

We are looking for an experienced General Manager – Marketing to lead the hospital’s marketing, business development, patient acquisition and revenue growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive OPD, IPD, diagnostics and specialty-wise patient volumes.
- Drive patient acquisition through digital, offline, referral and community-based initiatives.
- Develop and strengthen doctor referral networks and corporate relationships.
- Build relationships with insurance companies, TPAs, corporates and other healthcare partners.
- Plan and execute health camps, medical events, outreach programs and specialty-focused campaigns.
- Drive digital marketing initiatives including lead generation, social media, performance marketing and online campaigns.
- Work closely with doctors and clinical departments to promote key specialties,



services and new initiatives.
- Identify recent markets, referral opportunities and channels for patient and revenue growth.
- Monitor marketing leads, conversions, patient acquisition, campaign performance and ROI.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage marketing agencies, vendors and external partners.
- Lead, mentor and monitor the performance of the marketing and business development team.
- Prepare regular MIS and performance reports for senior management.
