Role & responsibilities
- Regulatory & Legal Compliance: Ensure full compliance with health, safety, environmental, labor, and tenancy laws. Maintain up-to-date licenses, certifications, and product compliance records to prevent market disruptions.
- Government & Industry Advocacy: Lead policy-shaping interventions and advocacy efforts with central/state government authorities, trade bodies, and industry associations.
- Strategic Regulatory Management: Interpret complex regulations and build strategic government relationships to protect company interests and leverage business opportunities.
- Quality Assurance & Audit Readiness: Oversee QA compliance programs and lead successful audits from regulatory agencies, certifying bodies, and clients.
- Event Participation: Drive company engagement and maximum participation in key domestic and international industry events.
- Operations & Budgeting: Manage facility administration, support services, and cost budgets effectively.
