Role & responsibilities

* Lead courier, cargo, transportation, hub and last-mile delivery operations.

* Manage and guide Branch Managers, Operations Managers, Sales Team, Delivery Team and Customer Support Team.

* Set team targets, monitor KPIs and conduct regular performance reviews.

* Drive business development, B2B sales, corporate customer acquisition and revenue growth.

* Manage key corporate clients and resolve escalated customer issues.

* Monitor P&L;, operational costs, collections and profitability.

* Manage transporters, vendors and logistics partners.

* Ensure timely delivery, service quality and operational compliance.

* Improve processes, productivity and overall operational efficiency.

* Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS and management reports.

* Report business performance, challenges and growth opportunities directly to the MD/CEO.
