Key Responsibilities:

Customer Development

- Support customer outreach and engagement programs.

- Assist in organizing customer meets, site visits, and product demonstrations.

- Track customer feedback and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.

- Maintain customer databases and interaction records.

Marketing Support

- Assist in execution of BTL marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

- Coordinate for product launches, exhibitions, roadshows, and events.

- Monitor marketing material availability across dealer locations.

- Support digital marketing and lead generation initiatives.

Market Intelligence

- Collect and analyze competitor information on products, pricing, schemes, and market activities.

- Conduct market surveys and customer research.

- Prepare reports on market trends and customer requirements.

Dealer Development





- Support dealer performance tracking and reporting.

- Assist in implementation of dealer engagement and capability-building initiatives.

- Coordinate training logistics and communication with dealer teams.

MIS & Analytics

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.

- Assist in lead tracking, conversion analysis, and campaign effectiveness measurement.

- Maintain dashboards and presentations for management reviews.

Cross-functional Coordination

- Coordinate with Sales, Service, Product Support, Finance, and Dealer Network teams.

- Support smooth execution of field initiatives and business programs.
