About Us

Luxeliv is a growing brand with its own manufacturing unit in Sector 63, Noida. We're looking for an experienced merchandiser to independently manage orders from sampling to dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle orders end-to-end, from sampling through production to final dispatch
- Prepare accurate product costing (fabric, trims, stitching/CMT, packing, margins)
- Source and negotiate with fabric, trim and accessory suppliers
- Create and track the Time & Action (T&A;) calendar for every order
- Coordinate daily with the production floor, tailors and quality team
- Track fabric and trim inventory and raise purchase requirements on time
- Ensure quality standards and delivery timelines are met
- Identify production delays early and resolve them with vendors and the floor team
- Maintain order records, tech packs and reports in Excel

Requirements

- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a merchandiser in a garment export house, buying house or manufacturing unit




- Proven experience handling orders independently from sampling to dispatch
- Graduate / Diploma in Fashion, Apparel Merchandising or Textiles preferred
- Solid knowledge of fabrics, trims, garment construction and costing
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and email
- Good communication in Hindi and English
- Strong follow-up skills and ability to handle multiple orders at once
- Candidates living in or near Noida preferred
