Role Description The Fund Raising & Investor Relations role is a full time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The individual in this role will cultivate and manage relationships with private investors, family offices, and strategic partners, serving as a primary point of contact for fund-raising initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing investor presentations, pitch materials, and regular updates, tracking fundraising pipelines, and coordinating investor meetings and events.





The role also involves conducting financial and investment analysis, supporting deal evaluation, and ensuring accurate documentation and reporting related to investor commitments. Collaboration with internal teams to refine value propositions, enhance investor communication, and maintain a structured CRM or investor database is expected.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, evaluate investment opportunities, and support strategic decision-making.
- Candidates should possess skills in Investments and Finance to understand capital markets, investment structures, and family office requirements.
- Candidates should possess skills in Fund Accounting and Accounting to manage fund-related records, reporting, and compliance with financial standards.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field are beneficial.
- Experience in investor relations, fund-raising, private equity, wealth management, or family office environments is advantageous.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities, along with attention to detail and proficiency in MS Office and financial tools, are preferred.
