The Opportunity

TrackrIO is an intelligent pool service management platform built for modern pool professionals. As part of Fluidra’s global digital portfolio — a €2.2B global leader in pool and wellness solutions — we are transforming how pool service companies operate, from scheduling and invoicing to route optimization and customer experience.

With our US launch underway and European expansion planned, we are scaling our engineering team in Pune. We are looking for Full Stack Engineers who are equally comfortable in the React/Next.js web front end and the Laravel/PHP backend —

hands-on builders who can own a feature end to end, from the API and data model through to the UI.

What You’ll Own

Full-Stack, End-to-End Development

- Build features across the whole vertical slice: Laravel/PHP REST APIs and services, and the React.js / Next.js (TypeScript) web application that consumes them.
- Design and optimise MySQL schemas and queries; use Redis for caching and queues.
- Write high-quality, scalable, maintainable code with tests; participate in code reviews and uphold engineering standards.

Backend (Laravel / PHP)

- REST APIs consumed by the web and mobile clients.
- Multi-tenant architecture supports data isolation and per-tenant configuration.
- Third-party integrations (Xero,



QuickBooks, Stripe, Chargebee, hardware/POS

APIs).

- Queued / scheduled jobs with reliability patterns (retries, exponential backoff,

reconciliation of permanently failed records).

Web Front End (React / Next.js)

- Build and maintain the CRM web application (React 19 / Next.js, TypeScript, MUI)

that delivers the majority of admin functionality.

- State management (Redux Toolkit or equivalent), performance optimisation, and accessible, responsive UI.

Collaboration & Execution

- Work in a structured Agile/Scrum cadence — sprint planning, backlog refinement, timely delivery; proactively surface and clear blockers.
- Collaborate with product, design, and global engineering teams across Australia,

the US, and Europe; communicate clearly and accountably across time zones.

- Support and mentor junior/mid-level engineers; promote best practices in coding, debugging, and system design.

What We’re Looking For

- 5+ years of hands-on software development, with real experience on both sides of the stack — React (web) and a PHP framework (Laravel strongly preferred).




- React.js / Next.js with TypeScript and modern front-end architecture; state management (Redux Toolkit or equivalent).
- Laravel / PHP — building and consuming REST APIs; Eloquent, queues,

migrations.

- Robust MySQL skills including query optimisation; familiarity with Redis.
- Experience with AWS (EC2/RDS/S3) and CI/CD pipelines; comfortable with Git workflows.
- Experience with third-party / API-driven integrations.
- Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum with distributed, cross-time-zone teams;

clear communicator.

Preferred

- Multi-tenant SaaS product experience.
- Accounting / payments integration experience (Xero, QuickBooks, Stripe,

Chargebee).

- Exposure to zero-downtime deployments and online schema-migration patterns.
- Familiarity with our deployment stack (AWS Elastic Beanstalk, GitLab CI) and observability tools (Sentry, New Relic).
- Pragmatic AI-tooling usage (Copilot / Cursor / Claude) for productivity — with a human accountable for every line.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

multi-region (AU / USA).

- Integrations: Stripe, Chargebee, Xero, QuickBooks, Lightspeed, Windcave, Twilio,
