XFactr .AI is looking for an experienced Full Stack Web Developer to design, develop, and maintain modern web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies, enabling the development of scalable and high-performing enterprise solutions.

Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain end-to-end web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies.

- Design scalable RESTful APIs and backend services.

- Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks.

- Collaborate with UX/UI designers, DevOps engineers, and product teams to deliver seamless user experiences.

- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.

- Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality software delivery.

- Work in Agile/Scrum environments and contribute to sprint planning and development cycles.

- Integrate applications with databases, cloud platforms, and third-party services.

Requirements

- Full Stack Experience: 6+ years of experience in Full Stack Web Development.

- Front-End Technologies: Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

- Modern Frameworks: Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js.





- Backend Development: Strong backend development experience using Java, Node.js, or similar technologies.

- REST APIs and Microservices: Experience working with REST APIs and microservices architecture.

- Databases: Knowledge of relational or NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

- Git CI/CD: Familiarity with Git version control and CI/CD pipelines.

- Security and Performance: Solid understanding of web application security and performance optimization.

Additional advantages

- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or containerized environments.

- Familiarity with DevOps practices and automated deployment pipelines.

- Experience building enterprise-scale applications.
