About the Role

We are looking for a practical and reliable Full-Stack Web & Cloud Developer to manage our complete website development and hosting operations.

The person will work on WordPress websites, custom-coded landing pages, Framer websites, hosting/server setup, domain management, website deployment, speed optimization, security, backups, and ongoing technical maintenance.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can independently take a website from idea and design to live deployment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites, themes, plugins, landing pages, and blogs.

Build responsive websites and landing pages using HTML,



CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and modern frontend frameworks where required.

Build and maintain websites in Framer; Webflow experience is an added advantage.

Set up and manage websites on Hostinger, cPanel, VPS, AWS, Azure, GitHub Pages, and other hosting environments.

Handle domain connection, DNS records, SSL certificates, CDN setup, redirects, email records, and website migrations.

Deploy websites and code from GitHub using GitHub Actions or similar CI/CD workflows.

Work with AWS services such as EC2, S3, CloudFront, Route 53, and basic database/server management.

Work with Azure hosting services, Azure Static Web Apps, storage, deployment workflows, and basic cloud configuration.

Improve website speed, Core Web Vitals, uptime, security, backup systems, and monitoring.

Troubleshoot downtime, broken pages, plugin conflicts, hosting issues, DNS errors, and deployment failures.

Coordinate with marketing, media-buying, and design teams to launch campaign pages quickly.

Required Skills

Strong experience with WordPress development, including theme customization, plugin configuration, speed optimization, backups, and security.

Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, MySQL, and responsive web development.

Experience with Framer and the ability to convert a design or Figma layout into a live website.





Working knowledge of GitHub, Git, branches, pull requests, and deployment workflows.

Experience with hosting panels such as Hostinger, cPanel, Plesk, or VPS servers.

Basic-to-intermediate knowledge of AWS and/or Azure.

Understanding of DNS records: A record, CNAME, TXT, MX, SPF, DKIM, and SSL setup.

Experience in Cloudflare, CDN setup, caching, redirects, and website security.

Ability to independently troubleshoot technical issues and deploy websites fast.

Good to Have

React, Next.js, Node.js, Laravel, or Python experience.

Figma-to-Framer or Figma-to-code implementation.

Experience with AWS EC2, S3, CloudFront, Route 53, and Azure Static Web Apps.

Knowledge of Docker, Linux server basics, Nginx, Apache, and GitHub Actions.

Experience building high-converting landing pages for marketing campaigns.

Knowledge of GA4, Meta Pixel, GTM, server-side tracking, or conversion APIs.
