XFactr .AI is looking for an experienced Full Stack Lead (Java + Angular) to drive the development of scalable, enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will lead development teams, design robust full-stack architectures, and ensure high-quality delivery of digital solutions.

Responsibilities

- Lead the design and development of full-stack applications using Java (Spring Boot) and Angular.

- Architect scalable microservices-based systems and contemporary web applications.

- Guide and mentor development teams, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.

- Collaborate with product managers, architects, DevOps teams, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Oversee application performance, security, and scalability.

- Conduct code reviews, technical design discussions, and architecture planning.

- Drive Agile development practices, sprint planning, and delivery management.

- Ensure seamless integration with REST APIs, enterprise systems, and cloud environments.

Requirements

- Full-Stack Experience: 10+ years of experience in software development with strong full-stack expertise.

- Java Spring Boot: Advanced proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.

- Angular TypeScript:



Strong experience with Angular (latest versions), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

- RESTful APIs: Experience designing and integrating RESTful APIs and backend services.

- Databases: Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases.

- Scalable Architecture: Strong understanding of software design patterns and scalable architecture.

- Git, CI/CD Agile: Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Technical Leadership: Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex enterprise projects.

Additional advantage

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerization technologies.

- Knowledge of DevOps practices and automated deployments.

- Exposure to enterprise-scale digital transformation projects.
