- What You’ll Do
- Lead the design and development of complex .NET applications
- Develop scalable, secure and high-performance solutions
- Work closely with product managers and stakeholders
- Lead technical discussions and contribute to architecture decisions
- Mentor and guide junior developers
- Conduct code reviews and maintain development best practices
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on deployment and reliability
- Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes

- What We’re Looking For
Candidates with strong hands-on experience in .NET development along with experience in technical leadership, application architecture and team mentoring.
Experience with Azure/AWS, microservices, Docker and Agile will be an added advantage.
