About AmpUp

AmpUp is building AI that helps sales teams learn, practice, and execute. Our platform connects the full loop: Sales Brain finds what's working across a team's calls, Atlas preps reps before every meeting and coaches them after, and Skill Lab lets them practice this week's objections with AI roleplay. We work across Bangalore and Palo Alto, and our leadership team has built Google Assistant and Alexa and helped scale ThoughtSpot past $1B.

The role

You'll build the core platform that powers AI sales coaching. This is an early-stage team, so you'll own features end to end, from the database to the interface to the AI pipeline behind it, and your work will reach customers quickly.

What you'll do

- Build and ship product features across our React frontend and Python backend
- Work with LLMs, AI agents, and conversational AI to turn sales conversations into coaching, prep, and practice




- Design APIs and data systems that scale as customers bring more calls and more reps
- Work closely with design and product to make complex AI workflows feel simple
- Measure what you ship and improve it based on how customers actually use it

What we're looking for

- 3+ years of full-stack development experience
- Strong React/TypeScript and Python skills
- Experience with AI/ML systems, or real eagerness to learn
- A track record of shipping products users love
