Role Description

- Build scalable full-stack applications using React, TypeScript, Python, Node.js, and FastAPI.
- Design and develop RAG and Graph RAG systems using vector search, graph databases, hybrid search, reranking, and retrieval evaluation.
- Build agentic AI workflows using LangGraph, including state machines, tool calling, multi-agent workflows, and human-in-the-loop patterns.
- Integrate and productionize LLM APIs including Gemini/Vertex AI, Anthropic, and OpenAI.




- Develop NLP/ML pipelines for entity extraction, classification, information extraction, and automated knowledge graph population.
- Design graph schemas and write queries using Spanner Graph, Neo4j, Cypher, or similar graph technologies.
- Build search and retrieval systems using Elasticsearch, vector databases, and hybrid search.
- Design and deploy cloud-native services on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Implement AI evaluation, observability, and quality monitoring using Galileo and Google Cloud monitoring tools.
- Work with MCP (Model Context Protocol) to build integrations between AI agents, tools, data sources, and external systems.
- Collaborate across engineering, data, and AI teams to take prototypes from concept to production

Technical Skills

- 4+ years of qualified software development experience across frontend and backend.
- 3+ years of Python development experience.
- 1+ year of hands-on Agentic AI development experience.
- Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, Python, and Node.js.
- 0-1+ years of hands-on graph database experience, including schema design and query development using Spanner Graph, Neo4j, or similar.
- Strong experience with GCP, particularly Vertex AI, Cloud Run, BigQuery, Pub/Sub, Load Balancer, and GCS.
- Experience with Elasticsearch, including index design, mappings, full-text search, hybrid search, and Query DSL.
- Strong SQL skills with BigQuery and/or Cloud SQL.
- Working knowledge of vector databases such as Vertex AI Vector Search, pgvector, Pinecone,



or similar.
- Strong understanding of RAG architectures, including chunking, embeddings, vector search, reranking, deduplication, and retrieval evaluation.
- Experience consuming LLM APIs with function/tool calling, streaming, and structured outputs.
- Hands-on experience implementing Graph RAG in a production environment.
- Hands-on experience with LangGraph, including state management, tool nodes, multi-agent workflows, and human-in-the-loop patterns.
- Experience with Galileo for LLM evaluation, hallucination detection, and RAG quality monitoring.
- Strong understanding of NLP/ML concepts and experience applying ML/NLP techniques to real-world applications.
- Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) and AI tool/data integrations.

Nice-to-have skills

- Experience with Spanner Graph, LlamaIndex Property Graph, or other graph-native RAG frameworks.
- Experience with entity extraction and NLP pipelines, using tools such as spaCy, GLiNER, or similar.
- Familiarity with graph algorithms such as PageRank, community detection, shortest path, and centrality measures.
- Background in ontology design, knowledge graphs, or knowledge management.
- Experience building GCP-based data/ML pipelines.
- Experience with LangChain / LangGraph.
- Experience with MCP servers, tools, and integrations.
- Familiarity with model evaluation, observability, and AI quality metrics

Qualifications

Qualifications
- 7-9 years of work experience in relevant field
- B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech or MCA degree from a reputed university. Computer science background is preferred
